Käsiade 2025: International Stage for Premium Cheeses – Awards for Our Cheese Specialties
Hopfgarten im Brixental/Tyrol, October 18, 2025: The Association of Cheese and Dairy Professionals, a network of Austrian and European cheese experts, hosted the 17th International Käsiade from October 16 to 18, 2025, in Hopfgarten im Brixental/Tyrol. This renowned competition brings together cheese and dairy specialists from Austria and abroad, who present their products to an international panel of experts.
The evaluation focused on the taste and texture of the submitted cheeses. Categories were defined based on production methods as well as regional characteristics and stages of maturation. The top-ranked products in each category were traditionally awarded gold, silver, and bronze.

We are very proud that our cheese specialties were once again recognized on the international stage this year. The recognition by the independent jury confirms our consistent commitment to quality—from the selection of the finest raw materials to careful processing and expert maturation.
